German Pinscher
Overview
German Pinschers (often referred to as the Standard Pinscher) are a smooth-coat, medium-sized breed that originated in Germany. They are also commonly referred to as the Standard Pinscher. They are muscular, agile, powerful, and highly intelligent dogs, with a powerful head and an alert nature. They make for an excellent watchdog, and loving family companion. As they are strong willed and devoted, they require an experienced and firm owner. German Pinschers are suitable to apartment living if they are properly exercised.
