Shetland Sheepdog
Overview
Originally from the coast of Scotland, and they served as herding dogs as well. Today they’re excellent family companions and excel in dog sport. They are agile herding dogs and have a long, straight coat that comes in a variety of colors. As family members, they are sensitive, affectionate and make for excellent watch dogs. They require an ample amount of mental exercise, and want to be challenged.
