Overview
Staffordshire’s have an average lifespan of 12 to 14 years, and typically weigh between 24 to 38 pounds. Loving toward people from just a few weeks of age, a well socialized Stafford is never shy or snarly. He is energetic and enthusiastic in everything he does and remains on alert. This breed's temperament is described as tough, courageous, tenacious, and curious. Staffies do not get along very well with other dogs, but are particularly fond of other people and children.
