Our pet experts are here to help and we are temporarily offering Free Online Video Chats for customers around the world. You will be able to schedule a 15-minute video chat with one of our pet experts to talk about your concerns regarding your pet.

This is not intended to be a diagnostic video consult, nor can we prescribe medication, but we will be able to see your pet and hear your concerns to try to help give you the support you need in case you can’t go out and physically see your vet for an appointment. There are lots of holistic ways to help keep your pet healthy, until you get to see your regular vet, and that’s what our pet experts are here for!

HOW DOES A ONLINE VIDEO CHAT WORK

To help our pet experts prepare for your call, we ask that you fill out the form with as much detail as possible. We will confirm the date and time with you, and send you a link via Zoom Chat in your confirmation email. On the date and time of your scheduled video consult, simply click on the link provided in the email, and one of our pet experts, will be standing by and ready to help. Please note, that you may need to download zoom ahead of time.*

HOW LONG ARE THE VIDEO CHAT?

In order to help as many pet parents as possible, we will be limiting the phone call to 15 minutes. The video chats will be held between 9:30am - 3:30pm PST, Monday to Friday

CAN I CHOOSE MY OWN TIME?

You will be able to provide us a choice of three time slots and our team will get back to you with the time we have available, within 24-48 hours, Monday - Friday (with the exception of holidays). Calls will be based on availability. Preferred times can't be guaranteed to be available and we will make sure to connect with you for our new ones.
