"We adopted our sweet Raul from a local kitten rescue organization at 8 months old. We were told he had all his shots and medical records showed he was in great health. Unfortunately, after a few weeks when we took him to our vet for his first health check, Raul tested positive to FELV+. He seemed overall fine so we were advised to just monitor him. A month later, he developed pododermatitis and eosinophilic granuloma. He got a shot and oral steroids since we were told those issues was common in FELV+ kitties as their immune system is out of whack. The vet started to worry for the first time saying it wasn't a good sign that his immune system was already stressed. We changed his food to hydrolyzed protein hoping it was the trigger but Raul kept having issues as soon as he was out of steroids and didn't want to play anymore. The eosinophilic granuloma was gone but his paw pads were still swollen and the vet prescribed a 2nd round of steroids after informing the risks if long term treatment was needed, ughhh. Browsing the interwebs I came across NHV Natural Pet products and the reviews were great. We got the Pododermatitis support kit (Felimm, Stimmune, Yucca) and a couple of days later also Natures Immuno after exchanging emails with Dr Dias. She's also great by the way! It took around a week and a half for Raul to be himself again! A month an a half later, the pododermatitis was gone! No more steroids, yay. I have another cat who's also FELV+ after Raul infected her and she's also been taking Felimm and Nature's Immuno. Both are in great shape! Totally recommend NHV products!" - Carmen
