All in stock orders placed before 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. PST will be shipped the same business day. All orders received after this time will be shipped the next business day. If there are shipping disruptions, this information will be posted on the terms and conditions section of the checkout.

Orders do not ship on weekends and statutory holidays, they will ship the next business day.

Continental US orders over $100 qualify for free shipping! Free shipping service is via UPS SurePost. This is a hybrid service via UPS and the end delivery is completed by US Postal Service. Delivery estimate is 4-15 business days.

Canadian orders over $100 qualify for free shipping too! Free shipping service is via Canada Post Expedited. Delivery estimate is 3-9 business days depending on your location from our facility in Vancouver BC.

USPS Priority Mail Delivery estimate is 3-9 business days.

Fed Ex 2 day estimate is 2 business days.

Fed Ex Standard Over Night estimate is 1 business day.

Canadian Shipments:

Canada Post Expedited delivery estimate is 3-9 business days.

Canada Post XpressPost delivery estimate is 2-4 business days.

Cancellations & Modifications

Orders can be canceled or modified no later than 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. PST. We will do our best to accommodate changes and cancellations but we cannot guarantee these requests after this time.

*Please note: with any courier, if there is a delay in expedited shipping, refunds are issued based on the courier granting the credit. This can take up to 4-6 weeks for a case to close for credit.
